Findigs uses TransUnion to run a credit history report in order to help the property manager determine the likelihood you pay your rent on time. This credit check will not affect your credit score.
Ensure all your required information is correct to prevent delays in processing your report.
Neither Findigs or the property manager are able to make any adjustments to your credit history report. Any disputes about your score or report should be directed to TransUnion at 1-800-230-9376 or TURSSDispute@transunion.com.
- Use your full legal name and edit it to ensure it appears exactly as it does on your government-issued ID. If you do not have a middle name, check I do not have a middle name.
- Verify your legal address -this may be different from your current residence. Findigs does not support PO Boxes or foreign addresses.
- Enter your date of birth.
- Enter your SSN or ITIN - if you do not have one, select Contact support.

Where does it tell you on your website what your credit score is required to be?
Is nobody else having an issue with account verification? I’m going to submit my application and I keep getting this error:
