Troubleshooting: co-applicants

Co-applicant did not receive an invitation

First, go to your dashboard by selecting My dashboard in the upper left corner of the application home page.

Your application status is In Progress

Confirm you added the co-applicant and check the table below to see what to try next.

Scenario	Action(s)
Co-applicant is not listed.	Add a co-applicant by following the instructions here.
Co-applicant is listed, but the email is incorrect.	Edit the email field on the co-applicant detail page and select Continue. They will receive a new invitation link.
Co-applicant is listed and the email is correct.	Try one of the following: Check the junk folder for the invitation email. Search the email for the property address.

Reach out to Findigs support if none of the troubleshooting steps above work.

Your application status is Complete

Follow the instructions here to remove and re-add the co-applicant.

My co-applicant started their application without using a link I shared

If you haven't submitted your application yet, reach out to Findigs support (via chat or at [e-mail]) and share the name and email of the applicant you want to merge into your group. 

I want to add a co-applicant, but I already submitted my application

Reach out to the Property Manager and they will be able to send out an invite on your behalf.

Can I change a co-applicant to a guarantor?

Guarantors may not be accepted at the home you're applying to. Please reach out to the property manager to discuss the option.
