Income verification: I'm not employed

There are 4 options for non-employment income sources - select the one that applies to you.

• I am a student: You may be required to add a guarantor if one is allowed by the property manager.

• I am a retiree: Enter your income details on the following screen (e.g. pension) and continue to the income verification portion.

• I have other income: Enter your income details on the following screen (e.g. child support) and continue to the income verification portion. 

• I have no income: Enter additional details on the following screen. You may be asked to invite a guarantor.
