Help with questions about the property or your application decision
Findigs is a service provider that works with your property manager. The property manager holds your application and makes all final approval or decline decisions, and can help with any property-specific questions you can have.
You can typically find their contact information on the management website. Some examples of these types of questions that should go to the property manager include but are not limited to:
- Your approval or denial on an application
- Scheduling a viewing or a move-in
- Leases or security deposits
- Utility, parking, or other building information
- Pet questions
If you reach out to Findigs support for these types of questions, Findigs support will need to redirect you to the property manager.
